Salsa for two

  • 1 cantaloupe melon
  • 1 fresh red chilli pepper medium spicy
  • Fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons NORSAN Omega-3 Oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Agave syrup
  • salt, pepper

Peel the cantaloupe melon and cut into small cubes. Cut the fresh chilli into small pieces. Cut the basil leaves into thin strips. Mix the melon, chilli, basil with the oil and lime juice and season with a little agave syrup, salt and freshly ground pepper.

This Salsa goes very well with tuna or salmon steaks, which have been grilled or briefly fried in a pan.
